Customer workflow
From order to electronic report
- 1Order
Enter the request through the Almova mobile ordering system or use Alfred Laboratory's Excel order sheet.
- 2Submit the sample
Record the required information on the sample bag and send it to the nearest Alfred Laboratory location. Almova allows an order to be entered from the work site by smartphone.
- 3Analysis
The laboratory receives the sample and performs the selected analysis service.
- 4Report generation
The result is prepared in the selected report format.
- 5Electronic delivery
For the normal qualitative-analysis plan, Alfred Laboratory sends a stamped PDF report by email.
Almova
Ordering from the job site
Almova is Alfred Laboratory's mobile ordering service. Its official description says customers can place an analysis request by smartphone, avoid preparing a paper order form, receive an automatically generated sample number, and then send the sample from a nearby courier counter or convenience store.
New customers must request Almova registration from Alfred Laboratory. Existing customers should follow the registration instructions on the official site.
